We’ve chosen “New Craftsman” to describe the style of this design. It retains the “warmth” of Arts and Crafts styling while adding numerous elegant touches.

The front porch provides a warm and inviting welcome and is spacious enough for rockers and a swing. Upon entry you are “greeted” by a lovely curved stairway leading to two luxurious bedroom suites above. To the left is a large formal dining room, while straight ahead is a large family room open to the kitchen and family dining area. Between the kitchen and garage we’ve placed a spacious laundry with a drop zone, and also a half bath.

Upstairs, accessed by the “bridge," are two large bedrooms, each with with a private bath. Above the 3 car garage is a very spacious bonus room. All upper level rooms have 8' ceilings.
